District Attorney Dave Gorman confirmed that two search warrants have been sealed in connection with the homicide of Tina S. Miller, 26, of Hollidaysburg.
The warrants were sealed by Blair County President Judge Thomas G. Peoples. Warrants are sealed for 60 days. They can then be sealed for additional 30-day periods, if Gorman so requests.
Another warrant was issued earlier in the week for police to be able to search Miller’s apartment.
Miller’s body was found by a fisherman on Sunday at Canoe Creek State Park.
It was determined by an autopsy that she died of injuries from strangulation. Gorman added that in addition to strangulation, drowning was involved as the cause of death.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the police.
Funeral services for Miller were scheduled for today in Hollidaysburg.
