Statutory sexual assault
State police reported on March 16 that a 15-year-old female juvenile from Tyrone and Benjamin Richard Fink, 20, Tyrone were dating in and around the Tyrone and Blair County area. It was learned that they were also having sexual intercourse. Fink was charged with 50 counts of statutory sexual assault. The charges were filed at the office of MDJ Fred B. Miller. Fink was taken into custody on April 22 and arraigned before MDJ Joseph Moran. He was placed on $25,000 unsecured bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 29.

Criminal mischief
On April 12, state police reported that unknown actor(s) arrived at a location along Hunter Pass Road in Antis Twp. and smashed all the windows and lights out of a 1990 Dodge pick-up truck owned by Fredrick and Tyler McCracken of Tyrone. The actor(s) also threw eggs and a dead porcupine into the inside of the truck after they smashed out the windows. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to contact the State Police at Hollidaysburg.

Damaged cell phone
State police reported on April 14 that Travis J. LaRosa, 29, Tyrone, was charged with a summary offense of Criminal Mischief after damaging a cell phone owned by Jacquelyn J. Miller, 26, Tyrone. The incident occurred in the Reightown area of Antis Twp.

Items stolen
On April 16, state police stated that an unknown actor removed a wallet, money, and credit cards from two women inside the Tyrone Hospital in Snyder Twp. The victims were Kristina L. Murray of Tyrone and LeeAnn S. Price of Port Matilda.

Burglary
State police reported on April 22 that unknown actors broke open a door to a shed at the Warriors Mark Water Authority along SR 350 in Warriors Mark Twp. The actors also entered the pump house and removed property.

Stole wires
On April 22, state police reported that unknown actors entered property on Centre Line Rd. in Warriors Mark Twp. owned by John Gilliland of Warriors Mark and cut wires from the walls. The actors fled with the wire.
