Police report 19-year-old Miranda J. Blackie of Altoona was cited for a summary retail theft violation after attempting to remove several items from Bickel’s Surplus Store in Antis Township at 11:43 a.m. Sunday.

Anthony Lombardo of Altoona reported to police that someone broke a window in his Bobcat front-end loader. Police said the machine was parked at a residence along state Route 4015 between April 9-10 when the incident occurred.
