On Monday, March 15 from 5:30-7 p.m., the personal care facility of Epworth Manor located at 925 South Lincoln Avenue, has scheduled a seminar on long term care insurance titled “Aging Gracefully, Long Term Care Alternatives.”
The seminar is in conjunction with David Miller, Miller and Associates and Sandi Stever, Advantage Employee Benefits.
The special guest speaker for the evening will be Gayle Lutch, GE Financial.
Issues to be addressed at the seminar include: the definition of long-term care, risks and costs associated with long-term care, exploring available care options and reviewing features and benefits included with long-term care policies.
“They will talk a little about long term care insurance, the costs and the benefits of long term care,” said Epworth Manor marketing director Andrea Young of the purpose of the seminar.
“We think there are a lot of people who have questions about the topic,” Young added as one of the main reasons it was important for Epworth Manor to host such an event.
Anyone interested in attending the seminar is encouraged to call to RSVP because there will be packets of information prepared for the event. Also, refreshments will be served at the seminar.
Already a half-dozen or more people have responded, so it is important to make reservations early to save a spot.
