Hollidaysburg state police
Police received a report from Larry Calderwood of Tipton who said someone entered his residence sometime between 11 a.m. Oct. 24 and 11:30 p.m. Oct. 25 and stole a number of firearms and firearm related material. He also said three “good quality” buck knives were stolen.

A Tyrone man suffered minor injuries in a single-vehicle accident that occurred on Interstate 99 in Snyder Township at 9:20 a.m. Oct. 27.
Police said Marni Miller was northbound when he lost control of his vehicle on the wet roadway. The vehicle traveled off the road and made impact with a concrete barrier.
