Hollidaysburg state police
Police received a report from Christopher Daras of Duncansville who said someone he had a confrontation with at 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 9 along Decker Hollow Road in Snyder Township hit him and damaged the windshield of his Jeep. No charges are being pursued.

Wayne David Yeager of RR5 Tyrone reported to police that someone damaged his vehicle with a BB gun while it was parked along state Route 4025 in Snyder Township sometime between 2 p.m. Monday and 7 a.m. Tuesday.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 696-6100.

On Wednesday, Troop G Vice received information that 55-year-old Rickey Duane Bumgardner of North Carolina would be traveling from Altoona to New York City to obtain marijuana.
Yesterday at 2:30 a.m., Bumgardner was stopped along Interstate 99 in Snyder Township by a state police K-9 officer and members of the vice unit. He gave them consent to search his vehicle.
Authorities discovered approximately 11 pounds of marijuana and $933 in cash.
Bumgardner was taken into custody and arraigned before District Justice Fred Miller.
Police are continuing to investigate.
Philipsburg state police
Police were called to state Route 504 in Rush Township, Centre County at 6 p.m. Wednesday to investigate an accident.
Police said David E. Herrmann of Warriors Mark was westbound when he struck a deer while operating a 1997 Ducati Supersport motorcycle.
Herrmann suffered minor injuries and he was wearing a seatbelt. The motorcycle sustained moderate damage.
Huntingdon state police
Police were called to the intersection of state Routes 45 and 453 in Morris Township, Huntingdon County at 3:49 p.m. Wednesday to investigate an accident.
Police said Kelzo Tajima of Cypress, Calif. was southbound on SR 453 when his 2002 Volvo station wagon was struck on the right side by a 1995 Chevy truck operated by Richard Frederic of Altoona after attempting to make a left turn from SR 453 onto SR 45. Police said Tajima pulled directly into the path of Frederick’s vehicle, which was northbound on SR 453.
A passenger in the Frederick vehicle, Christ Renno of Tyrone, suffered no injuries in the mishap.
