The Pennsylvania State Police and Crime Solvers of Blair County are looking for 34-year-old Jeffrey Eugene Sprankle of Bellwood, and are asking the public for help.
According to police, Sprankle has outstanding felony warrants for stalking and terroristic threats. Police say he has made repeated threats of death against his ex-girlfriend and 14-month old son.
He is known to frequent the Bellwood, Tipton, Blandburg and Altoona areas of Blair County.
Crime Solvers, an organization designed to provide a liaison between the public and law enforcement authorities, offer a reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to an arrest and conviction of those committing criminal activity in the county.
