Single-vehicle accident
2/7 – State police in Huntingdon were called to Warriors Mark Township along state Route 550 to investigate an accident.
Police said Michael Hoover of East Freedom was eastbound and slowing for a curve when he lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a guiderail. He suffered minor injuries.
DUI arrest
2/8 – Hollidaysburg-based state police report a 21-year-old Tyrone man was arrested for driving under the influence following a traffic violation along SR 865 in Bellwood Borough. Police said his blood alcohol content equaled .179 percent.
