The Tyrone volleyball team dropped a close match to the Lady Panthers Thursday evening at Lewistown.
Tyrone played their best match of the year but came up short falling in three straight games 25-13, 25-12 and 25-17.
Tyrone was led in service points by Annie Miller who had a game and season-high 13 service points.
Kristen Gearhart recorded four kills on the night and Chelsie Santoni had six service points in the losing cause.
Tyrone is 0-7 and is home vs. Indian Valley on Thursday night at 6:00 p.m..
Tyrone’s junior varsity team also lost in two games 25-18 and 25-4.
