Identity theft
Someone obtained credit cards in the name of Timothy Blough of Williamsburg and used them to make purchases of at least $7,200.

Hit and Run
A light color, late 1980’s mid-sized vehicle, (possibly a Buick or Pontiac) traveled southbound on Route 865 in Antis Township near the Cambria County line, entered the northbound lane and struck a vehicle driven by Jayme Davis, 22, of Glasgow. Anyone with information regarding this accident is requested to contact the State Police in Hollidaysburg at 696-6100.

Burglary
Someone arrived at Mielniks Town and Country in Hollidaysburg and gained entry by damaging a glas door window, Once inside, the actor removed several cartons of cigarettes from behind the counter and fled. The investigation continues pending review of video cameras. Anyone with information regarding this accident is requested to contact the State Police in Hollidaysburg at 696-6100.

One dead deer and two wrecked cars
Debra G. Hendrickson of Fairdax, Va., lost control of her 2001 VW when she swerved to avoid a dead deer on the roadway. Her vehicle traveled onto the East berm and struck a 2000 Ford Taurus which was facing south on the berm. The Taurus was operated by Misti Rose Gailey of Northern Cambria who also lost control swerving to avoid the dead deer.

Theft
Four wheels and tires were stolen from a Chevy S-10 4X4 that was for sale at Troy’s Auto Center in Snyder Township.

More theft
Someone stole tools belonging to Lepely Electric that were in a construction trailer at Smith Transport Warehouse in Snyder Township.

Bar room brawl
Dale Cutshall, 33 of Cassville was involved in an altercation at the Mapleton American Legion. He struck Gerald Arnold, 33 of Mapleton Depot, several times. He also damaged a bar stool at the Legion. He left before troopers could arrive at the scene. He later went to the residence of Christine Guzman of Mount Union where he caused damage to the door. Again, Cutshall avoided the troopers. Police later found Cutshall along Welch Avenue and found him to be extremely intoxicated. He was arrested for public drunkenness and was arraigned before District Justice Daniel Davis. Additional charges of disorderly conduct, harassment and criminal mischief will be filed with the office of District Magistrate Michael Colytetc.
