| The Tyrone Hospital radiology department announced that Janet Anderson of Tyrone was the recipient of a gift bag that the hospital provided through a giveaway held in recognition of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October. In celebration of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, each woman who had a mammogram at Tyrone Hospital had the option of entering their name to be eligible for the gift bag. The gift bag contained a variety of items in the signature pink color that is used for breast cancer awareness including a sweatshirt, coffee mug, writing pen, insulated lunch bag and other items.
