Tyrone fell behind by two goals twice against Northern Bedford in a boys soccer match at Tyrone, on Tuesday, in an eventual 4-3 loss to the Panthers.
After spotting Northern Bedford a 2-0 lead, the Golden Eagles came back to even up the score with goals from Shawn Alec off an assist from Anthony Henneman, at the 17:04 mark and then from Henneman with an assist by Dustin Elder at 13:17 to play.
Northern scored two more goals in the final eight minutes of the first half to up their advantage to 4-2 at halftime.
Chad Hunter scored the only goal of the entire second half on a penalty kick, but in a half that saw more defense than scores, the Eagles came up one short to fall to 1-8-1.
Curtis Brumbaugh led Northern, getting the Panthers out to a quick start by scoring their first two goals.
