The local winners of the annual Punt, Pass and Kick contest, sponsored by TACO, were awarded at halftime of the Tyrone/Philipsburg-Osceola football game at Gray-Vets Memorial Field on Friday night. The top three winners and age group are: Ages 5-6, with trophies sponsored by G &R Excavating and Demolition – Damon Gripp, first; Blaine Hoover, second; and Cameron Brandt, third. Ages 7-8, with trophies sponsored by Attorney Edward Newlin -Parker Mitchell, first; Trevor Fink, second; and Kyle Plummer, third. Ages 9-10, with trophies sponsored by Kelly Wike State Farm Insurance – Drew Hunter, first; Jacob Meredith, second; and Alex Weaver, third.
