Tomorrow is WPSU Kid’s Day at DelGrosso’s Amusement Park in Tipton.
As a special treat, “The Danger Rangers” will perform three live shows on the DelGrosso’s stage throughout the day for children’s entertainment.
The Danger Rangers is the first television series to blend animation, action-adventure storylines and music together to provide entertainment that children love, as well as empowering and life-saving safety messages that parents appreciate.
By entertaining first, the Danger Rangers captivate children before they even realize they are learning.
The Danger Rangers team, is made up of four male and two female animal superhero characters, which appeals equally to both boys and girls.
According to the show’s website, “The Danger Rangers series was developed with a mission to reduce preventable child injury by empowering children, families and communities with practical safety information that they can use in their everyday lives to reduce the most common causes of preventable child accidents. Simple tips, such as wearing a bike helmet or knowing not to hide from a firefighter, can save a child’s life!
“The Danger Rangers products are designed using a rigorous product development process to ensure the most important safety messages are communicated effectively to children. Many Danger Rangers products are produced in association with Safe Kids Worldwide, a global network of health and safety experts, educators, corporations, foundations, governments and volunteers whose mission is to prevent accidental injury through better education. In addition, Dr. Alvin Poussaint, physician and Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School, ensures all information is presented in an age-appropriate and non-threatening manner.”
The interactive website also provides a variety of activities for children of all ages. Visit it online at www.dangerrangers.com.
