Harassment
State police reported on July 1 that Darin Lee Shultz, 23, Tyrone showed up at a residence along Hancock Street in the Village of Northwood where Charles Lewis Fornari II, 36, Altoona resided at. Shultz was told to leave and refused to do so. A physical altercation then took place between the two men resulting in PSP-Hollidaysburg and Tyrone PD response. Shultz was cited for summary harassment and criminal trespass through the office of District Magistrate Fred B. Miller. Investigation continues.

Harassment-Domestic
On July 1, state police said that an incident occurred when Carl Chaney Hardy Jr., 25, Tyrone shoved Susan Heather Berry, 32, Tyrone along Teaberry Street in Snyder Township. Hardy is currently on probation in Blair County and a detainer was issued by the Blair County Probation Office. Hardy was taken to the Blair County Prison by state police. Charges to be filed at the office of District Magistrate Fred B. Miller for harassment.

Burglary-Robbery-Assault
State police reported on July 3 that two known male actors entered the residence of Timothy C. Sprankle, 47, Tyrone and physically assaulted him. While assaulting Sprankle, the actors removed his wallet from his pants pocket and took money. The actors then fled the residence. Sprankle suffered extensive facial injuries from the assault.

Assault-DUI
On July 4, state police reported that David Travis Garner, RD 2 Box 538, Tyrone was driving while intoxicated through the taped off area in DelGrosso’s parking lot in which children were playing and almost hit some children. When the vehicle stopped, Lisa M. Perry, RD 2, Tyrone yelled at Garner for almost hitting her child. Garner exited the vehicle and punched Perry in the left shoulder, in which she just had surgery on that shoulder. Perry sought medical treatment for a sore shoulder. Investigation continuing.
