The fourth annual “Blair Senior Services’ Day” at DelGrosso’s Amusement Park is scheduled for Friday, June 13.
Everyone is invited to enjoy a delicious DelGrosso’s chicken barbecue meal, complete with barbecued chicken, Murf’s famous potato salad, baked beans and a roll. Lunch will be served from noon to 1 p.m. at the park. After lunch, relax to music by the Tom Riley Musical Theater Company as they prepare for their 7 p.m. performance with an afternoon rehearsal.
Registered Golden Games athletes who have signed up for the miniature golf event will begin the day on DelGrosso’s Championship Miniature Golf course between 9 and 11 a.m.
All meal tickets are priced at $7 and tickets can be purchased at any Senior Community Center. All tickets much be purchased in advance, no later than Friday, June 6. Please note that tickets purchased for the park location must be redeemed at the park between noon and 1 p.m. and will not be redeemable as a dinner takeout from the production kitchen.
Proceeds will benefit the Agency’s efforts to help older Blair County residents live full and productive lives.
