John Edward Walters, Jr., 28, of Julian, died Friday, March 23, 2008, in Binghamton, NY. Friends will be received from 6-9 p.m. Friday, May 29, 2008 and from 10-11 a.m. Friday, May 30, 2008 at Mark D. Heintzelman Funeral and Cremation Service, 1034 Benner Pike, State College, PA. The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, May 30, at the funeral home with Rev. Duane Bardo officiating.
