PennDOT announced today that beginning on Monday, June 2, reconstruction of the Tyrone Ramp (Exit 48) off of I-99 south bound to the Route 453 intersection will begin, and the ramp will be closed in the Borough of Tyrone, Blair County.
A signed 4-mile detour will be in place and will follow Route 4027 (Business Route 220) from the Bald Eagle Intersection to Tyrone.
New Enterprise Stone and Lime, Co. Inc., is the contractor on this $414,000 project. All work on this project is to be completed by July 3.
