The Lady Eagles traveled to Spring Mills looking to defeat the Lady Rams. Tyrone held its own for a while thanks to a seven point first quarter and trailed 26-14 after three.
The Lady Eagles only mustered two points in the fourth and PV won going away 35-16.
Ariane Miller, who has scored in all 12 games led Tyrone with five points including her fourth 3-pointer of the year and also Abby Brooks with five as well.
Tyrone is now 3-9 on the year and will play Indian Valley at home next Tuesday.
The Lady Eagle “B\” team lost a heartbreaker 28-25 in a wild game from the start to fall to 8-4.
Tyrone bolted to a 9-1 lead but soon Penns Valley had it tied at 11.
From there it was back and forth as Abby Brooks and Ashley Ford each had 11 points with some clutch shooting.
