State police are investigating an allegation of a statutory sexual assault in Antis Township that dates back to October of last year.
Police said an adult male and a female under the age of 16 had consensual sexual intercourse in a wooded area in the township.

Two people escaped injury in a one-vehicle accident on State Route 764 in Antis Township on March 11 at 10:45 p.m.
Twenty-four-year-old Jamie N. Rodkey’s car became disabled after hitting a deer. Rodkey was wearing a seat belt and was not injured. A 16-year-old passenger was also wearing a seat belt and escaped injury.
Rodkey’s vehicle had moderate damage.

A 22-year-old State College woman, Sarah Jane Hillard, was involved in a one-vehicle accident on Interstate 99 in Antis Township on March 13 at 4 a.m.
Hillard lost control of her car, as she was northbound on the road. The car crossed over to the southbound side of the interstate and hit a guide rail. Hillard was wearing a seat belt and was not injured.
Her car had severe damage.

A 36-year-old Tyrone man, Patrick A. Mills, has been accused of aggravated assault in an incident that happened last Thursday at 3 a.m. at the Tyrone Hospital in Snyder Township.
Police said while Mills was being treated at the hospital’s emergency room, he intentionally spit at a 39-year-old female nurse, Peggy Sue Banks.

A 30-year-old man was accused of pumping $12.08 in gas and left without paying for it at Snappy’s in Snyder Township last Thursday at 11:07 a.m.
Police said after an investigation a suspect was developed and he was interviewed. The suspect made restitution to the store and prosecution of the case was declined.

State police investigated an underage drinking incident that happened along Parkway Drive in the Bellemeade area of Antis Township on Saturday at 1:30 a.m.
Police said 20-year-old Zachary W. Apple appeared on Parkway Drive in possession of and under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. Apple is being charged with underage drinking.
