Grace Baptist Church of Tyrone continues its joyful celebration remembering the birth of the Christ of Christmas, this Sunday, December 18, during the 8:15 and 10:30 a.m. worship services.
Beautiful Christmas music is always a highlight of the Christmas services and of course the “awe inspiring” message of Christ’s person and birth is potentially always life changing. Sunday’s message entitled, “What Child is This” will be presented in both the 8:15 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. services by Pastor Roy Garthwaite.
The Children’s Ministry of the Grace Baptist Church will present the Christmas play entitled “A Savior Is Born!” on Sunday, December 18, at 6:30 p.m. There are around 25 children in the holiday play, which is directed by the Children’s Choir Director, Linda Christine.
There will be refreshments for all following the program.
The community is warmly invited to come and enjoy the children’s very meaningful part of the Christmas celebration at the Grace Baptist Church.
“Grace” is located across from East End Pizza on Columbia Avenue in Tyrone. A staffed nursery will be provided, as well as a children’s church during the 10:30 a.m. worship services on Sundays.
