It’s time for another fabulous dinner from the folks at the Tyrone Community Partnership.
This time it’s a “Tribute to the American Veteran”, and it’s being held on Thursday, November 11, the date that was originally celebrated as Armistice Day, the holiday now known as Veterans Day.
Plan to be at the Tyrone Social Center for an evening of good food, good music, good fellowship and American pride. Dinner will be served from 4:30-7:30 p.m.
The menu includes: roast pork loin, homemade mashed potatoes and gravy, filling, baked corn, cole slaw, bread and butter, homemade deep dish apple pie, pumpkin pie and pumpkin cheesecake.
Tickets are available at the Tyrone Social Center, 120 W. 10th Street, G & P Dollar Stretcher, Alice’s Garden, Open Door Visions, The Chamber of Commerce and from members of the Tyrone Community Partnership.
Advanced tickets are $7 for adults and $4 for children. At the door, tickets are $8 for adults, $5 for children, and children under five eat free.
