Steve Stoner, son of Mayor Patricia Stoner, released information today regarding the health of his mother.
The family has been asked on several occasions about Mayor Stoner’s health.
Yesterday, Mayor Stoner was moved from the Intensive Care Unit to a transitional floor at the Altoona Hospital. She continues to improve and is anxious to return to Tyrone as soon as possible.
Mayor Stoner and her family wish to thank the many people who have offered their prayers and warm wishes over the past two weeks. The family said it has made quite a difference and is appreciated.
