Travis Blair Frye, 20, of St Leonard, Md., died September 15, 2003 at Washington Hospital Center, Med Star Unit.
Travis was born October 22, 1982 at Calvert Memorial Hospital, Prince Frederick to David and Betsy Frye. Travis was a member of the 2000 graduating class of Patuxent High School in 2000. He was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church in Lusby. Travis was presently a student at the College of Southern Maryland.
In addition to his parents he is survived by his brother Benjamin Ray Frye at home, his grandmother Betty J. Fasick and Adda and Veryl Frye all of Tyrone, his uncle Dale Frye and wife Pam, his aunt Debra Ross and her husband Chuck and cousins Joshua Frye, Matthew Ross, Katie Frye and Jennifer Ross and extended family throughout the country. He is predeceased by his grandfather Ray E. Fasick.
There will be a memorial service on Saturday, September 20 at 11 a.m. at St. Paul United Methodist Church in Lusby, Md. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to either St. Paul United Methodist Church or the Travis Blair Memorial Scholarship Fund.
