Huntingdon state police
Police report harassment charges were filed against 26-year-old Melissa A. McClellan of Tyrone after she struck a 23-year-old Tyrone man in the eye at a residence in Warriors Mark Township at 11:15 p.m. yesterday.
Charges were filed with District Magistrate Davis.
