The Co-Ed basketball League continued it’s second week of games with DeGol’s trouncing Tyrone Colonial Courtyard 18-2 in the first game reported.
James Russell led DeGol’s (1-1) with 10 points and Kevin Rodkey added six points for the winners. Ryan Isenberg had Colonial Courtyard’s points.
In a low-scoring contest, Michaels Photography (1-1) defeated DelGrosso 7-2 with all the scoring done by one person on each team. Derek Denny had seven points for the winners and Thad O’Shea had two for DelGrosso’s (0-2).
Walks Trades (2-0) shelled Frito Lay 22-6 in the highest scoring encounter. Walks Trades featured a well balanced attack with Richard Crabtree, Derrick Emigh and Brooke Pierson each scoring six points and Richard Stever scoring four. Jordan Faretta led Frito Lay (0-2) with four points and Brandon Roman contributed two.
Tyrone Elks also used a balanced offense to down O’s Sew Shop 13-8. Denver Burket fronted the attack for Elks (2-0), with six points, while Korrie Cowher added three and Charlie Burket and Nick Patton had two each. For O’s Sew Shop (1-1), Brent Stewart had five points, Cody Christine had two and Ian Murray chipped in the final point.
