Mrs. Patricia J. Miller, age 80, a guest at Epworth Manor, died Wednesday, October 1, 2008 at 4:45 p.m. at the Manor. She was born April 15, 1928 in Tyrone, the daughter of Angus R. and Laura Mae Gibson Miller. She was married to Wayne E. Miller who preceded her in death February 12, 1979. She is survived by four children – Samuel D. (Denise E.) Snyder of Bellefonte, Patricia A. Walls of Port Matilda and Robert (Dianna) Miller of Bald Eagle and Michael Wayne Miller of Huntingdon. Also surviving are 11 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She was the last of her immediate family.
Prior to retirement, she was employed by the General Services Administration in Philadelphia.
A memorial service for Patricia J. Miller will be held at the Richard H. Searer Funeral Home Inc. on Sunday, October 5, 2008 at 1 p.m. with Pastor Michelle Sommerville officiating. Private interment will made at the convenience of the family.
