Shear Magic of 958 Pennsylvania Avenue, Tyrone recently welcomed seasoned hair stylist Carol Light, former owner of Essence of Beauty, to the shop. Carol has been in the business for 38 years. Chris Walters, proprietor of Shear Magic, and Carol are adding a new feature to Shear Magic as well. They will both be available for local house calls. Also working at Shear Magic is Sherry Derman and Kim Oliver. All together, the girls have close to 100 years of experience in the hair styling business. Hours are Tuesday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Sunday and Monday, the shop is closed.
