Bellwood-Antis traveled to Fishertown on Tuesday for a track and field tri-meet with host Chestnut Ridge and Myersdale.
The B-A boys edged Chestnut Ridge 76-74 and downed Myersdale 91-59, while the Lady Blue Devils spilt, dropping a slim 78-72 decision to Chestnut Ridge and defeating Myersdale 100 1/4-49 3/4.
Bellwood-Antis was led by Aaron Bell who won both the 1600 and 3200 runs and by Ben Hatch, who won the 800 and was a member of the victorious 1600 and 3200 relay teams. Adam Mueller won the 300 IM hurdles, Tyler Narehood took the shot put and Dustin Harris won the javelin and was a member along with Devon Clapper, Jonathan Davila and Brandon Eger of the winning 400 rely. Dan Kovac, Chris Edmiston., Hatch and Brandon Pruznak won the 1600 relay and Evan Hughes, Evan Celmo, Edmiston and Hatch won the 3200 relay. Tony DelGrosso captured a second in the shot put and a third in the javelin.
The Lady Blue Devils were led by a double by Allision Sinisi with victories in the javelin and pole vault. Jenna Ralston was first in the 1600, Sarah Bell won the 3200 and Lauren Carter took the 100 intermediate hurdles. The girls 400 team of Steph Hatch, Carter, Erica Greene and Andrea Gardner and 1600 relay team of Carter, Ralston, Chelsea Wilson and Lauren Leap both took first places for Bellwood-Antis.
Sinisi was also second in the shot put. Lindesy Claar was third in the javelin and second in the discuss, Hatch was second in both the high jump and long jump, Erica Greene was second in the 200, Ashley Mueller was second in the 300 low hurdles and Wilson was third in the high jump and Whitney Edwards was third in the pole vault.
